Buraq Tech LLC is a US-registered software agency. This policy covers personal information collected through buraqtech.net and through direct enquiries.

What we collect

When you submit a form we collect the name, email address, phone number, company name and message you provide, plus the budget and service selections you choose.

We also collect standard analytics data about how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location, device type and referring source. This is aggregated and is not used to identify you individually.

Why we collect it

Enquiry details are used to respond to you and, if we work together, to scope and deliver the project. Analytics data is used to understand which content is useful and to improve the site.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with third parties except service providers who help us operate the business — for example email hosting — and only to the extent needed.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond and to satisfy our record-keeping and tax obligations. Analytics data is retained on a rolling basis in line with the provider defaults.
