Our Commitment to Fair and Transparent Refund Practices

At BuraqTech, we strive to deliver the highest quality in our services and digital products. We value your satisfaction and aim to handle all refund requests fairly and transparently. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital services and goods, not all purchases are eligible for a full refund. Refunds are considered based on the service/product type and the circumstances of the request.

2. Website, Mobile App, and Software Development Services

Eligibility for Refund:

  • Before Work Begins: 100% refund if the project has not started.
  • After Work Begins but Before 50% Completion: Partial refund (based on work completed and resources used).
  • After 50% Completion: No refund will be issued.

Non-Refundable:

  • Any services marked as "non-refundable" during contract signing.
  • Delays caused by client-side (late communication, missing content).

3. VIN Report Services

  • Incorrect VIN Entered: No refund will be issued.
  • Report Not Delivered: Eligible for refund or reissue if not received within 10–15 minutes.
  • Duplicate Payment: Full refund will be issued.

4. Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, Licenses, Templates, etc.)

  • All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable, except:
  • File is corrupt or cannot be downloaded (report within 24 hrs).
  • You received the wrong product (we will correct or refund).

5. Subscription-Based Services

  • You can cancel anytime.
  • No refund for partial months or unused services unless stated.
  • Annual Plans: Full refund within 7 days of initial payment if no usage is recorded.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is against our policy. Please reach out β€” we’re here to resolve issues.

BuraqTech reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
